Why your son or daughter hates sports

Youth Burnout and violence in youth sports have a huge impact on your child’s lifetime goals and outlook on sports. Having witnessed coaches call 10 year old players liars, and a League Board Member / Coach throwing a bat at a dugout full of 7&8 year old players I decided to create and present a mini series / training guide to once again try and promote positive coaching and sports again. Why I walked away from a founding football president and Athletic director position.

Check back often or send me an email to remind you when the series is published Exclusively here on Today.com

Learn How…it’s not just the coaches but parents too
Learn Why…your child is likely to quite before reaching high school

Another reason you are not taking into consideration here. Some kids just do not like sports. They do it because their parents want them to. Then after being forced to do a sport year after year they tend to hate it. If a kid does not really want to be in sports, do not make them do sports. We are not all sports lovers or we may like to do the sport independently not competitivety. Just because I do not like to bike race, does not mean I do not enjoy a leasurely bike ride in the country.
